From my understanding, it all depends on how fast the computer runs and how programs manny can operate simultaneously. and it would be nice to have an integrated webcam. But more important is the operating system. Windows CE is an operating system is old and slow and remains much. you should get one with the most recent operating system (Windows 7) is fast, easy and not delayed.
