How to check the CPU heat?
I was wondering if there are programs that allow you to check the CPU temperature. I a Q6600 and I just I want to make sure everything goes well. Thank you. I know that you can check in the BIOS, but I want to be able to check during playback and \ or just normal activity.
No, not your way to check the CPU temperature. However, I am not sure but I think you can install any material that does. However, it seems necessary to do so a home computer. I just think, if you keep all the fans in the second, and kept in a room that is at room temperature, then continue working very well.
The last two months have been occupied by Zalman who sent a few new refrigerators on the market. Among them, the CNPS10X series and series CNPS9900.
CNPS10X The series presents a new design from Zalman, the classic tower CPU cooler. The first thing that struck me when searching CNPS9900A LED is that it uses only three heat pipes. Most other manufacturers of high-end radiators large CPU Solutions went with 5 or 6 heatpipes. This review should determine if Zalman has chosen a right path.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
CNPS9900A LED comes in a box big enough, it does nothing to disguise the fact that this is a very big fan of the CPU. There is an opening in the front and back of the box gives us a view of the heat sink and fan.
The accessories included are numerous. Zalman has included a manual, a sticker with the manufacturer's logo, a tube Thermal grease Zalman ZM-STG2, RC33P adapter and all fixtures and fittings for installation in a variety of outlets.

ZALMAN CNPS9900A LED IN DETAIL
CNPS9900A LED Zalman is composed almost entirely of copper. The only aluminum piece is the top of the base.

INSTALLATION AND TEST CNPS9900A LED Zalman
Installing the fan is very simple and took only a few minutes. When installing the fan in an AMD system, you must first define the built-in clip, while Intel systems must also install a plate, and fasteners for each outlet. I used two different processors for this review (both AMD). I measured the temperature CPU, both in OC mode and with the factory settings.
To measure the CPU temperature using the sensor values internal CPU. This is the best way to get reliable readings. To load the CPU up, I used the software OCCT 3.1.
The fan speed is automatically controlled by PWM during the test, which explains why the speed varies between 1000 and 1600 rpm. These are the results Test:
Already you can see in the chart above, the LED is a Zalman CPU cooler CNPS9900A very effective, although not more effective than I tried. Even when overclocked the CPU, the LED CNPS9900A had no problems, as ever to pursue the processors cool.
As I said earlier, this cooler is PWM controlled. I watched the speed during testing and the maximum was reached about 1500rpm. Even at this level, the noise level is low. I turned the fan manually at 2000rpm (max), then the noise level was higher my comfort level. However, the range proposed an impressive volume of air at 2000rpm and should be ideal for use in a meeting of overclocking.
CONCLUSIONS
There are so many things I can say about CNPS9900A LED Zalman is truly a remarkable product in terms appearance, design, size, weight, performance etc., but the only thing that really left an impression on me was their excellent quality and finish.
When CNPS9900A LED running is very beautiful with its blue LEDs that give your system a nice touch if you have a case with side window. While not the highest performance CPU cooler I have proof, its overall performance is excellent. Its balance volume of displaced air, noise and temperature is guaranteed impressive.
