Every restaurant and hotel in California, has repeatedly warned by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (still known to many as the Board of ABC) California by lawyers for the food and wine, and hotel and restaurant lawyers how dangerous it is to their reputation, income and the responsibility of serving or drinking alcohol to a minor.
