Why is my computer behind. How can I improve the performance of my PC.?
I have an IBM ThinkCentre S Series I have this team for over 6 years. is running slow as hell lately. No virus or anyhting. When I open a program, which takes about 20 seconds. basically its really late. do not tell me defrgment CUS i recently installed a new copy of Windows XP Pro (fake) so it's not really anything to defragment. Also, my CPU still runs more 50% ... usually around 70-100%, even if they do nothing.
